Synthesis of Antibody production using Hyperphage Technology • Designed primers for the pSEX81 plasmid, performed Gibson Assembly for cloning and expression of the gene of interest. Validated and isolated positive clones using Colony PCR. • Executed molecular biology experiments in a Biosafety Level 2 (BSL-2) laboratory, including the infection of positive bacterial clones with hyperphages and subsequent purification of phage samples for research applications

• Operated spinning disc confocal microscope to capture high-resolution images of live cell cultures for dynamic cellular and molecular studies. • Conducted image analysis and interpretation using ImageJ, enhancing data accuracy and supporting quantitative evaluation of experimental results.

Localization of Rubisco under highlight conditions in Cyanobacteria • Designed and conducted experiments to investigate the subcellular localization of Rubisco in cyanobacteria under high-light conditions. • Performed protein isolation, purification, and quantification using techniques such as SDS-PAGE, gel electrophoresis, and Western blotting. • Utilized confocal microscopy to visualize Rubisco distribution and analysed images using specialized image analysis software.
