Behaviour Characterisation of Rhodopsin7 in Drosophila melanogastor

Worked on a project to study the expression of Tar DNA binding protein (TDP-43)-EGFP fusion protein in GC1-spg cells. Also, obtained hands-on training in various laboratory techniques like PCR amplification of desired gene, mammalian cell culture, transfection, western blotting and electrophoresis.

Trained in methods and techniques such as HPLC, GC-MS, Bioburden test and growth promotion test, which are the analytical and qualitative testing methods used for pharmaceutical products.

Specialisation in Molecular and computational biology
