 Optimization of non-viral vectors for the delivery of DNA and siRNA into cultured cells.  Maintenance of cell cultures including transfection, luciferase reporter assays, toxicity assays and siRNA based gene silencing assays.  Laser scanning confocal, florescence, DIC and polarized microscopy, dynamic light scattering and zeta potential measurements.  Preparation of lipid and liposome solutions. DNA cloning with plasmid vectors.
