I lead the Technical Offices (mechanical, automation, electric) focusing on high-quality delivery of custom-made machinery and solutions. I supervise the R&D office, directing new lines of exploration and overseeing the industrialization of consolidated results. I executing high-skill CFD and FEA simulations for scaling of existing machinery to match customer needs.

Coordinating the production floor, the purchase office and the technical offices, I gained critical insights to lead the optimization of the ERP software. After overseeing its implementation, I drove the re-structuring of the company to streamline the industrial process, also creating a dedicated office to improve customer experience after sales.
