Managing the German Youth Organisation and Young Professionals network of GPM e.V. and representing the German member association towards the international network IPMA. My role requires international stakeholder and PR management, budget planning, talent management and event management for national and international events in Germany from 15/100 participants.

Digital Talent Program @adidas digital as a preparation for a manager role within the digital ecosystem. Throughout the two year program I got the chance to work on managing 4 projects related to different digital key functions across two locations - from working as a product owner to solve existing consumer problems, transforming the IT culture in the agile transformation team to setting up the digital strategy blueprint for 2020 and working with our adidas app team on the future of retail.

Tackling the question 'what makes companies innovative in a VUCA world?' Focus on organizational design, culture, agile practices and change management The developed 6 months learning journey was then implemented during my project experience during the Digital Talent Program and scaled to the extended leadership team within adidas digital.

Realisation von kundenspezifischen Promotionaktivitäten, produktspezifischer Displaygestaltung, Gestaltung von Präsentationen und Verkaufsflächen für Travel Retail, Fachanzeigen, Ordersatz- und Salesblättern, Designroute für eine produktspezifische Displaygestaltung, Verwaltung des Werbemittelbestands, Eventmanagement, Sell-in & sell-out Promotion, ABC-Analyse.

Mitarbeit im Projektteam Own Retail Development: Vorbereitung von Gremienunterlagen wie LAP-Investitionsplanung (langfristige Absatzplanung), Steuerkreise, Metropolenprojekte national und international sowie von Besprechungsunterlagen (Agenda, Bemusterungskataloge, Statusberichte), administrative Tätigkeiten und Rechnungsprüfung. Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Durchführung eines Mitarbeiterevents für den Bereich Hoch- und Tiefbau.
