Chiara Lonati

I started working when I was 19, in the printing company of my father. I owe him a lot: he taught me respect and the value of the work of each person. I was lucky enough to live during the big evolution towards digital: I miss that period because of the manual skill and concreteness of every single gesture and the great wonder for a world where everything was possible. What I loved about those years was the opportunity to know the most different industrial and artisan realities of my territory, to discover their production cycles, to study their corporate values with their workers, to bring to light the originality that existed in every company and to make it know and live. What I love about today is the personal involvement in creating the soul of this company, developing its product, communicating its values. A passion that has involved me in seeing it grow, make mistakes, correct itself, evolve and be stubbornly ostinate to become today a European product leader.
