Cost Optimization: Designed and implemented cost effective, innovative IT solutions by leveraging Lean principles and Value Stream Mapping (VSM). Modernization: Transformed legacy IT management, securing business buy-in for process simplification across product manufacturing units.

Global Delivery: Directed LIMS and ELN implementation services and served as the Lead Trainer for the India region. Product Development: Contributed to the LabWare Industry Template Solutions team, developing new functional modules for global distribution.

Regional Expansion: Led business development and implementation for Mobile Data Acquisition (MODA) software across Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
