Developed prototype components, assemblies and tooling. Used lean manufacturing principles to develop, evaluate and improve manufacturing methods. Provided technical guidance, peer review and mentor ship to junior engineers. Ensured compliance with product specifications and standards requirements.

To keep record of material arrival, co-ordination for material issuing to respective shop. To take actual onsite progress & mark up in the drawing. Coordination with QC, Design and NDT department. Ensure safety procedures are followed by all contractors working at site. Responsible for reduction in rework & rectify all weld repair & ensuring quality as per standards. Process improvement & Productivity improvement.
