Led industrial engineering for a EUR 32M inverter/DC/DC programme covering SMT/THT, automated assembly and testing. Managed annual CAPEX planning and forecasting up to EUR 30M, SMT capacity and equipment loading. Coordinated suppliers, specifications, FAT/SAT, commissioning, validation and production handover. Drove APQP/PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans and engineering changes. Led industrial implementation of plant-wide iTAC MES and traceability, aligning cross-functional teams on launch readiness.

Led the site Industrial Engineering team for electronics and eAxle manufacturing. Managed capacity planning, equipment loading and bottleneck analysis to support demand and capacity extensions. Drove automation, process stabilization, layouts and material-flow improvements. Coordinated Engineering, Production, Quality and Maintenance on ramp-up, equipment introduction and problem-solving to improve output, quality and delivery while maintaining existing production.

Led initial cross-functional coordination of Valeo's first eAxle programme, then industrialization and pre-series APU management. Grew the engineering team from 8 to 20. Built manufacturing from samples to full-capacity production: PCBA/SMT/THT, inverter and eAxle assembly/testing. Worked with Siemens designers on DFM and coordinated brownfield layouts, utilities, equipment and capacity. Improved TRP 30% to 70%, NVH rejection 30% to 8% and cycle time 67 to 50 seconds.

Led industrial strategy, capacity planning and investment roadmaps across 11 sites in Europe, Asia, North Africa and Mexico. Established a Technical Team Leader network for manufacturing standards, equipment concepts, best practices and transfers. Defined process flows, automation and DFM requirements for new businesses. Planned cobot/AGV solutions and moderated technical workshops and implementation activities, including KUKA iiwa, Universal Robots, ABB YuMi and Snox AGV.

Built and led the site Industrial Engineering function for electronics manufacturing. Led further development and capacity expansion of TCM manufacturing, building on the automated production capability established in my earlier NPI role. Coordinated layouts, material flows, equipment suppliers and automation projects. Drove productivity, bottleneck elimination and process stability, while developing team competencies and manufacturing standards for serial production and new launches.

Introduced automated TCM manufacturing into a predominantly manual plant in Veszprem, for a product previously made only in Germany. The product, automation technology and investment scale were new to the plant. Spent approximately 50% of my time in Bietigheim with product designers to embed practical DFM requirements. Owned industrialization from quotation and process concepts through equipment implementation, validation, PFMEA, Control Plans, PPAP and serial production launch.

Managed new-product introduction from quotation through start of production in electronics and cable harness manufacturing. Developed processes covering THT, axial insertion, wave soldering, testing, final assembly and cable harness assembly. Defined process flows, equipment and tooling requirements. Coordinated production trials, manufacturing documentation and launch readiness, and supported resolution of process issues during launch and serial production.
