Led industrial engineering for a EUR 32M inverter and DC/DC manufacturing program, covering SMT/THT, automated assembly and testing, equipment specification, supplier coordination, CAPEX, MES/traceability and ramp-up preparation. Coordinated international Engineering, Production and Quality teams to secure equipment readiness, process maturity, timing and successful production launch.

Led site-level industrial engineering activities for electronics and eAxle manufacturing, covering production support, capacity management, process improvement and launch readiness. Coordinated industrial engineering priorities across Production, Process Engineering, Quality and Maintenance teams. Supported capacity extensions, bottleneck elimination, process stabilization and automation improvements to secure output, quality and delivery targets.

Progressed through successive leadership assignments in Valeo’s first eAxle and inverter industrialization programs: Activity Manager, interim Site Industrial Manager, APU Manager and Industrial Task Force Manager. Led launch managers, product maturity, equipment suppliers and trial builds. Later managed C/D-sample and pre-series production, process stabilization, output recovery, bottleneck elimination, capacity achievement and handover to dedicated APU management.

Led global industrial and process development activities across Valeo sites in Thailand, China, Malaysia, Tunisia, Mexico, France and Germany. Developed and deployed common manufacturing standards, equipment concepts and best practices for electronics production. Coordinated process development, supplier and site interfaces, technology roadmaps, DFM reviews and industrial readiness for new product introductions.

Led site industrial engineering activities for electronics manufacturing, including process development, capacity planning, productivity improvement, equipment implementation and production support. Coordinated industrial engineering priorities with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Project teams. Managed process stabilization, bottleneck elimination, automation improvements and industrial readiness for new product introductions.

Supported the industrialization and launch of new automotive electronics products from process concept through serial production. Developed manufacturing processes, equipment specifications, layouts and production documentation. Coordinated equipment suppliers, installation, validation and trial builds. Prepared PFMEA, Control Plans and work instructions, and supported process capability, production readiness, ramp-up and continuous improvement.

Managed NPI activities from quotation phase to SOP for electronics manufacturing. Developed and introduced production processes covering THT, wave soldering, axial component insertion, testing, final assembly and cable harness assembly. Supported equipment and tooling definition, process documentation, trial production, production readiness and serial launch.
