report to Southwest regional Manager of HFHC -Explore, develop and manage HFHC projects for low income families in Sichuan. - Build and maintain partnership with local government and other institutions for long term development. -Organize and co-ordinate functions/events/activities with other NGOs in Sichuan. - Provide leadership to groups of volunteers who will be participating in house building activities.

- Responsible for SEE Environmental Foundation program - In charge of environmental report reward of The Third SEE-TNC Eco Rewards.

 Responsible for formulating market research plan, clarify marketing strategy and prepare market proposal.  Design and develop distribution channel to delivery “Enterprise Efficiency & Economy training program” in China mainland area.  Responsible for talents recruiting & training management and team building.

 Produce global and regional Diversity and Inclusion dashboards.  Implement year 2007 ABN AMRO Global D+I platform.  Assist in building the D+I network in BU (Business Unit) Asia.  Assist in Design and organize D+I training program for BU Asia.
