It is a business tranformation role supporting the Service Delivery Network across EMEA. This role is responsible for improving the Customer experience through process and project management, to ultimately drive Customer Satisfaction and retention.

Manage a portfolio of global, regional and local projects with focus on process improvement to drive customer satisfaction and re-engineering benefits, using Project Management, Engineering and Six Sigma methodology.

Responsible for the deploymentz and deliver of technically absed and soft skills training to build or enhance skills and knowledge of Operations network EMEA. Ensure appropriate evaluation tools and meassurements are in place to drive individual and business performance.

Responsible for driving Operations and Service delivery network performance in Germany, Austria and Switzerland to drive customer satisfaction and for establishing/managing the external ISO certification.

Processing all Business Travel procecss modules including booking flights, car hire, accomodation, ferries, insurance, foreign exchange, etc.

All Leisure, Business Travel and Group Process Modules including booking of flights, car hire, accommodation, Fergies, insurance, foreign exchange, etc
