• Material management system improvement project for automatic registration and tracking of carbon fiber (including RFID, Bluetooth, Barcode, QR code technologies). • Representing the machine connection focal point for automation of aircraft parts manufacturing, including the supplier specification contracts definition. • Developing digitization and paperless solutions for the work order processing, and the plant Predictive Maintenance System, including early failure identification algorithms.

• Deploying production processes efficiency, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and Just-In-Time (JIT) processes and automatic workload forecast models, allowing a rump up of +33%. • Supporting plant management as an interface with project responsible, blue-collar lead, R&D, procurement and series production. • Managing industry 4.0 projects including continuous improvement and digitalization of processes, Human Machine Interface (HMI), smart logistics and automatic production process tracking.

• Managing reliability and durability plans for pre-series vehicle testing, including plans and follow-up activities for debugging and technical approval of Sport and GT vehicles components such as brake systems, engine software and mechanical parts. • Defining and monitoring vehicle track and components bench tests for stress and fatigue analysis, including results elaboration. • Supporting the team activity definition, project management, governance, interfaces and information flow processes.

• Granting process, examination procedure and management of patents in Italy (UIBM), Europe (EPO) and Worldwide (WIPO). • Performing anteriority searches, patent drafts, legal consultancy, evaluation of technical improvements, industrial applicability and inventiveness of engineering devices and systems. • Managing approximately 35 patent cases, including the mediation with private clients, corporates and international institutional bodies.

• Designing and executing an experimental campaign and test setup for static and dynamic structural analysis (material characterization and crash impact tests). • Numerical modeling of dynamic structural problems (Finite Element Method, Smooth Particle Hydrodynamics) including the verification and correlation of the numerical and experimental data. • Executing the engineering process phases of the formulation, design, implementation and data verification.
