Primarily responsible for all aspects of managing the German domestic division for leasing over 12,000 swapbody and standard containers within Europe. Maintained overall responsibility for P&L, sales, operations, 17 location depot network including contracts, parts inventory, staffing procedures, processes and issues as well as a SAP software implementation.

This position was tasked with the leadership of a team to implement SAP with an emphasis on a bespoked CRM solution. The design of functionality, management and operational reports for the business as well as the creation of functional specifications, test scripts, functional and regressions testing of the aforementioned items for SAP and the customer facing website were critical portions of this role. Business acceptance sign-off for these functionalities was also a part of this role.

This role was responsible for managing a local sales office including all P&L and management responsibilities for this major international maritime container leasing company. Responsibilities included generating comprehensive proposals, negotiating lease contracts with international shipping lines.The role required identifying and securing new customers for container leasing as well as managing a sales office with an annual sales budget in excess of $15M.
