My main objective at RM is researching recruitment and labor market oriented subjects. I blog about my findings regularly.

I researched the interests of candidates in the Expand database. Why did they choose Expand? What part of HR did they focus on? How could Expand provide them with better service? Next to this research i did various administrative tasks. I also wrote articles for the weblog.
