Manage the StudyWorks back-end software development, where PHT's crown jewels - all the clinical trail data - are kept. It is the center of PHT's day to day operations and the backbone of every study, we are engaged in. I also launched an initiative to modernize the back-end's stack, consequently designed around the needs of a study for efficiency and scalability.

I'm responsible for the development of the NetSimplicity, iEmployee and next generation product lines. My goal is to create an effective development organization that utilizes lean processes and builds quality into the product right from the start.

Responsible for Authoria's Recruiting product line, including maintenance of the legacy product and development of the integrated talent management suite. Transitioned legacy maintenance to India and led successful effort to re-implement the recruiting product on a new platform, which became the foundation of Authoria's integrated talent management suite. Implemented Agile with 6 teams in 4 geographical locations.
