Managing engineering and manufacturing team activities in industrialization of SuperGen, an innovative multi-function 12V on engine application with integrated boosting and hybrid technology. Responsible for Project Planning (Core Development, Customer Applications and Research Programs) and Project Execution, including managing activities of Engineering departments (Mechanical Design, Electronics Design, Software Development) and Development, Purchasing as well as Manufacturing.

 Application Programs), Plant Layout Planning and Footprint Analysis, Vertical Integration Strategy
 including Make-or-Buy calculations and Bill of Material improvement activities and effective communication between industrialization team and engineering team based in UK.
