FMM develop high achieving change agents who can provide the technical skills, leadership, qualities and management expertise to transform the performance of predominantly, though not solely, manufacturing businesses.

• Responsible for production, technical services, HSE and logistics in a detergents joint-venture in Iran (100,000 tons p.a.) • Improved transparency of the whole demand planning and production planning processes for all distribution centres and the production site, based on commonly defined rules and standardised systems. • Increased the production volume of liquid detergents by 30% while, at the same time, reducing costs by 4%.

• Analysed the financial results of various countries for the Head of the Detergents division (€ 3.6 bn. turnover) – giving input into day-to-day business and strategic planning. • Conducted internal audits and projects.

• Responsible for the set-up and implementation of the Profit Centre Accounting SAP module in Europe.

• Successively in charge of two detergent joint ventures, generating circa €20 m. of turnover. • Improved efficiency by 30% by reducing headcount by more than 10% and decreasing total remaining salary bill by 18% after successful negotiations with the Chinese partner. • Designed and successfully implemented a MRP system that enabled the company to reduce its inventories by up to 40% and improved its Return On Capital Employed by 28% pts. • Developed systems to support the budgeting process.

• Assisted the Operations Manager (France) with developing the industrial strategy of the group, liaising regularly with both Marketing and R&D departments and following up the profitability of national and international projects. • Production Manager, responsible for over 100 employees in the manufacture of toiletries for export throughout Europe. • Acted as a consultant to the Engineering Director.
