As a Division Manager at IVU Traffic Technologies AG, I am responsible for the strategic and operational management of the IVU.pool, IVU.control, and IVU.data product families. My focus is on providing comprehensive solutions for data management in public transport, supporting PT companies and authorities in the analysis, optimization & performance measurement of planning, scheduling & operations. My responsibilities include product strategy, development, QA, sales & customer service for these products.

In this project, I explored cutting-edge technologies to enhance the authentication process for luxury watches. My objective was to evaluate how modern software & hardware solutions could replace or augment manual inspection processes. The goal was to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and scale authentication without compromising the high standards that are critical for brand trust. As a freelance consultant, I provided recommendations on which solutions could best support Chrono24’s current & future needs.

As CPO at Onfy, I led the product department for the pharmacy marketplace Onfy.de. I defined and established the product strategy and value propositions, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals. My role involved conducting research on online medication sales, including e-prescriptions (eRX), market evaluations, and quick-commerce trends. I also prepared and executed investment pitches to venture capitalists. Additionally, I managed product discovery and delivery for both B2B and B2C initiatives.
