• Assist in the development, implementation, administration and evaluation of strategies, plans, programs and procedures designed to provide for equitable and competitive employee compensation and benefits. • Support in design and roll-out of base pay and incentive pay (short-, long-term incentive and share-based employee participation programs)
• Advise, coach and challenge managers and employees on general business and HR topics and enabling them to take actions for creating and maintaining a successful, engaging, sustainable, healthy and safe environment • Partner with managers to address operational, talent, and talent lifecycle–related issues, including change management, organizational development, culture, employee relations, workforce planning, talent growth and development, engagement and retention
• Provide first level support for employee and managers inquiries and perform all routine employee-life cycle processes (e.g. hire, job changes, compensation, leave of absence, exits) including all administration and data tasks (employment-related documents such as employment contracts, references or contract supplements) especially execute transactions in HR data systems (e.g. PeopleSoft or SAP) • Implement HR processes in accordance with HR policy and guidelines and define operationally HR action plans
• Support by managing the annual HR planning for global working Daimler Truck engineers, be responsible for HR reporting via dashboards and prepare forecasts and adjusts • Develop and analyze HR key figures and create ad-hoc analyses for Daimler Truck management team members and stakeholders as needed

• Assist by designing the Volkswagen candidate journey as well as development and maintenance of a talent pool • Constant observation of the recruiting landscape and newly developing recruiting channels (e.g. implement adequate strategies in recruiting, digital sourcing and partnerships with local universities)
• Manage and coordinate recruiting activities for group of interns, trainees and working students at the Volkswagen (Commercial Vehicles) plant in Hanover • Close cooperation with the Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners in the entire recruiting process
• Plan and execute marketing activities in order to raise brand awareness and create local content and add to website (e.g. blog) and corporate social media channels • Support by managing all campaigns, projects and events (also with) external partners
