At SmartMed we work on improving medication safety for the whole healthcare chain, step by step. I am part of the team that is developing and prototyping international Patient medication solutions to increase safety and personalise treatments. • Providing knowledge for German and International integrations • Act as point of contact for German organisations and information • Translating application and pharmaceutical content • Supporting SmartMed internal process in validating medication solutions

- Neuerstellung sowie Überarbeitung von Arzneimittelinformationstexten für Module der ABDA-Datenbank, insbesondere Neben- und Wechselwirkungen von Arzneimitteln auf Grundlage von pharmazeutischen Fachkenntnissen (u.a. BfArM, PRAC und AkdÄ sowie Fachinformationen und wissenschaftliche Literatur) - Überführung von Arzneimittelinformationen sowie Patientenmerkmalen in spezifische Codes. - Stete Weiterentwicklung/Neukonziperiung der Datenbank als Voraussetzung für die Umsetzung eines Medikationsmanagements
