- Responsible for Pendants, Trolleys, Assistance Systems - • Worldwide Product service trainings of all Engeneers and Agencys • Facilitate field trials with customers to support the launch of new products • providing 3rd Level support to customers • Will work in conjunction with sales, client services, content, development and product management in order to ensure execution of support activities. • coordinate Problems to the R&D Dep. Priovide solutions for internal processes of the Service Dep.

•Establishes dealer returns process and policy •leadership and direction to the returns team and 3rd party vendors •Service Reporting – reports on and analyzes the cost/benefit of all returns operations •Policy/Procedure - continually reviews and reports on current policy and procedure efficiency and effectiveness, updates changes to policies and procedures • appropriate backup for all service departments, as well as fosters quick approval through the required reverse logistics chain
