Formed and managed a team of design verification and physical design engineers. Created a workflow that enabled the team to deliver multiple tapeouts per quarter, thus improving the company's tapeout throughput by 400%. Responsibilities included project management, design review, and staff development.

Taught undergraduate courses on semiconductor physics, computer architecture and organization, embedded systems (PIC32) and processor design using verilog HDL.

Started the first digital IC design team of the company. Created trainings and skills development program that enabled the team to deliver 7 tapeouts and create revenue in less than 2 years.

Managed and led a team that developed and carried out trainings for IC design. Trainings covered digital design, analog design, design verification and layout. The team achieved its target of training 1000+ individuals from academe and industry in 2 years. Responsibilities included project management, staff training, resource planning, learning management system preparation, course development and maintenance.
