My main project is SoftReports. This is a medical device that provides report generation using data from other related internal products such as SoftLab. The company was certified with ISO 9001:2008 (quality management system requirements) and complies with HIPPA and FDA requirements. I have also helped with the development documentation in two other projects.

I have started as a QA and had the following responsibilites: Manual testing eCommerce Web App; Writing Improvement stories in JIIRA; Creating new bugs in JIIRA; Searching bugs in Web App. But in a few months I was asked to become a Business Analyst and my responsibilities have changed a bit. I take part in scoping process, creating use cases, writing user manuals and making tutorial videos about the e-commerce site.

I have started as a team member who was promoted in a year. I was in charge of a small team of 6 people. I was the one who assigned tasks, supervised the process and communicated with the Swiss main office. When it was necessary, I also joined the team to complete some tasks or even worked overtime at weekend.
