- Provide feedback on campaign implementation in wholesale, franchise and own retail stores to maintain retail standards - Organize and implement trainings and workshops for all in charge of VM across Central Europe West - Trace Train the Trainer (training tool) activity of own retail stores and ensure compliance - Involved in shop openings and remodelling which includes creating bubble, capacity and micro plans as guidance and further being part of the implementation

- Sales in retail store and fairs - Support merchandise management and visual merchandising - Support the company´s presentation at fairs and trade shows - Organize and implement trainings for introducing the staff in technical features of products
