Obtained employee references from past employers, attending screenings with the recruitment consultants, contacting employees to arrange for interviewing, using candidate database to find suitable candidates for current job openings, liaising with the job centre so as to obtain available candidates that were actively seeking for employment, advising candidates on how to prepare an attractive CV in terms of content and presentation.
