Managing the Deloitte Switzerland Recruitment team (both Experienced Hire and Graduate), whilst undertaking a project to refine and redevelop the experienced hire recruitment process. Project objectives include: To standardise the recruitment process to ensure a consistent candidate experience. To develop a strong brand in the Swiss market place that enables Deloitte to attract & retain the best talent. To develop a preferred list of suppliers who work in partnership with Deloitte.
