I manage Thames office of Peninsula People. We handle the recruitment process for our clients in providing permanent and temporary staff. We also provide an HR service to them. As many of our clients are small business, this takes on the form of inhouse human resourse management, carrying out performance reviews, councelling, mediation and advising on employment processes. Our ultimate goal is to improve communication between employees and employers to minimise employment disputes
