I work on integrating natural and social sciences expertise in projects dealing with sustainable use of marine resources and management of the marine ecosystem. Topics relate to marine spatial planning; ecosystem management; bio-economic analyses; Marine Strategy Framework Directive; EU Common Fisheries Policy; Maritime Policy; climate change. Aiming to promote good governance, we test innovative approaches such as participatory modelling.
