Responsible for a team doing market & competitive intelligence in the division strategy

Responsible for Controlling, R&D-specific IT-Systems and related project management for global R&D, Quality Management and Supply Chain Technologies

Global Market & Competitor Intelligence for main Beiersdorf brands like NIVEA, EUCERIN & Hansaplast. Setup of global competitor monitoring. Harmonisation of quantitative market data from 70 different geographies and deduction of strategic conclusions.

Business phase-out preparation and co-ordination for global Make-up business for marketing, R&D, Sales, Supply Chain and 20 affected country organisations
