Led process/SAP integration of Wiferion (2024) and Adelsystem (2025). Advise senior leadership and upskill process owners across all dimensions.

Full P&L responsibility for the Process Solutions business unit. Co-shaped PMMG's organizational structure and processes as part of the leadership team, contributing to 50%+ revenue growth during this period. Directed the entire internal and client project portfolio across Industry, Aviation, FinTech and Automotive. Established, recruited and led the team (5 consultants). Formed and managed strategic software-vendor partnerships

Project Delivery: Held full result and budget responsibility for management consulting projects focusing on business process management, organizational development, and digital transformation. Product & Roll-out Lead: Directed the joint development and roll-out projects of the Risk Management software 'ROPE' (Risk & Opportunity Process Excellence), holding cross-organizational product ownership across three partner firms (PMMG, iGrafx, and TIM Solutions).

Client Advisory: Planned and facilitated client workshops, prepared executive presentations, and coordinated project work packages – applying project and process management methodologies in client-facing projects. PLM & ITSM Advisory: Advised clients on process design and organizational setup around Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and IT Service Management (ITSM), incl. system selection and implementation, across multiple industries and company sizes.
