As CTO at Leroy Merlin, I led the adoption of advanced technologies in energy renovation, focusing on energy efficiency and guiding our shift towards a data-driven, AI-enhanced approach. I aligned our tech vision with corporate goals, promoted AI and analytics to improve our market position, maintained strategic ties across the Adeo Group, managed a dynamic tech team fostering innovation and agility, and improved our products and solutions with AI and data insights to enhance customer experience.

At Pooky, I was the first technical hire, uniquely positioned to lead the company's efforts into Web3 and decentralized ecosystems. My role was pivotal in crafting the company's technological foundation from the ground up and assembling a tech team to bring our vision to life.

happn is a dating app with a simple promise. "Find the one you crossed paths with", basically "Find back the stranger you met on the train". I've been hired to solve a lot of human, organizational, and technical issues.

As the key technical strategist at the company, I defined tech roadmaps and strategies, managed a small team of experts, collaborated on product roadmaps, ensured GDPR compliance, led cloud migrations using AWS and GCP, and integrated AI and Big Data into our products. Transitioned to agile methodologies, and implemented continuous integration and testing. I also led a major architectural overhaul and recruited a skilled engineering team, contributing significantly to our success in the AdTech market.
