As CTO for URBANARA my main job is to structure and organise both IT, Products and other "Under IT" areas in the company as well as in help the growth by implementing new processes, technologies and so on. Make everything cost efficient and scalable as well as refactoring legacy systems in order to improve conversion and architecture a "new era" in the IT department and as result affecting the whole culture of how the company works.

Tech and Sales at Brazil and LATAM I was main responsible in identifying the leads needs and assemble projects about how to migrate their current stores to our platform and what kind of new features such as (but not only) real time chat-bot discounts, wish lists, mobile version and/or mobile apps, hotsites, etc.

Main responsable for the creation of the first 13 countries and also the Mobile and New Platform in a efficient way to save time and costs in development. Also main responsable for teams in Brazil, Mexico, Turkey, Germany and Philippines. As Global CTO i was responsable for architecture solutions, hire staff and manage projects, people and specs.

I moved to Ernst & Young when Axia Value Chain was acquired by them. I'm the main responsable for the tech team involved in projects related to Sustentability and Technology. My role is to ensure everything works well in the development and also define and design the solutions, solve problems and support the team.

I was responsable for managing and support a very huge team of Customer Support at Ci&T and J&J EUA and Canada. I built, designed, architected and executed lots of projects at J&J technologie enviroment. Also worked with R&D for new tools at J&J framework.
