As a Co-Op at TE Connectivity, I worked in an international team and reported to the Supervisor Strategic Sourcing Metals EMEA. I was responsible for the following areas: • Contract management Metals EMIA (contract creation, negotiation and monitoring) • Preparation of regular management reports • RFQs • Price comparisons • Administrative data maintenance in SAP • Collaboration on internal savings projects • Support in day-to-day business (scorecard reviews, data analyses, etc.)

In addition to my distance learning Bachelor of Arts (Business Administration) program, I supported the team and managers with the knowledge and skills I have acquired during my training and further education. During the program, I successfully completed the retail management certificate, the Ada certificate and the Bachelor of Trade and Commerce (CCI). During the store phases, I received training and further training in following areas: • customer service • goods disposition • office organization • goods handling • personnel deployment planning • warehouse organization • inventory planning, -preparation and -execution. I was appointed deputy store manager and completed a 6-month store management phase myself.

Mobile nursing, care and support for physically and mentally impaired people of all ages. Dealing with and supporting older people as part of mobile care.

I successfully finished a distance study program at IU International University. I made a conscious decision in favour of a full-time distance learning course. The flexibility of the programme allows me to build on my professional experience, deepen the knowledge I have already gained and acquire new skills.
