After the reorganisation of our NRW organisation, the team has become part of the NRW Technical Support, focused on stationary equipment reliability, maintaining its focus on inspection management as part of this.

Managing a team of experts in the fields of inspection (NDT) that coordinate and manage inspection (RBI, TBI, ..) for the three sites in NRW (Leverkusen, Dormagen, Uerdingen) and experts in materlas engineering, corrosion, etc. Local process owner Mechanical Integrity, working closely with the global Covestro MI community. BTS-MS-IO-NRW-TSM-IM With the carve out of MaterialScience, I will move from BTS to the new MaterialScience company, heading the team of Inspection Management (IM). In the current situation from May to September, I am managing the personnel that will move to the IM team, but also teams in the global organisation, i.e. Maintenance Excellence & RBI (ME&RBI), Asset Strategy Management (ASM), Operational Excellence and Design for Reliability (OPEX).

Head of the Risk-based Inspection Management (RIM) Team. The 14-head team is located in Leverkusen, Dormagen and Uerdingen, providing RBI expertise for RBI Assessments, risk analysis and inspection recommendation, trainings and consultancy, detailed inspection planning, evergreening, inspection management. Active within the Bayer group of companies as well as for external customers, globally.

BTS-OSS-ALCM-RBIA Operation Support and Safety - Asset Life Cycle Management - Risk Based Inspection Assessment. Manager of the RBI assessment group. RBI projects within the Bayer Group and the wider petrochemical industry, worldwide.

BTS-PT-MT-RBM (Process Technology-Materials Technology-Risk Based Maintenance). Project leader and risk engineer for RBI projects (assessment, consulting/inspection planning, evergreening) within the Bayer Group and other industries (external customers).

Freelancer, working as Inspector on projects involving manufacturing and shipment of steel pipes for the oil and gas industry. Projects in Greece and Algeria.

Two years (2005-2007) as Secretary General of the Association and 2007-2008 as administrative board member.

Cast House Technology & Production Engineer: In charge of the new cast house / casting unit production, organisation and personnel. Health & Safety, quality, productivity, machine maintenance, new departmental investments, process and testing for new production programme. Representative of the Cast house for environmental & energy issues. Purchasing of casthouse materials, contacts to suppliers.
