In my current role as cross functional solution designer my primary responsibility is to create solution for service management (ITIL based), Account Governance, project management (reporting, administration, invoicing, audits, projects), Quality management and Account business management architecture with accordance to worldwide client requirements. These requirements need to clearly understood in order to design the best solution and to provide added value and benefits that client is expecting from HP.

Focus on new deals or up sell activities on an existing account • Focus on standard solutions using Managed services components : AIS/USS, SSO, MSS • Responsible for the end-to-end design of the outsourcing solution (from Presales until Contract Signature and final solution hand-over to the implementation team) • Understand client requirements from a technical and business perspective • Acting as a link between HP and the Client, to ensure the proposed service solution is addressing the business needs

Create, Setup and Lead new Trainings process implementation for HP and Vendors, •Drive improvement plans for cost savings, •The single point-of-contact for the Account Delivery Operation & Delivery Teams. , •Coordinate new responsibilities and task between Technologie towers, •Provide report for HP support to Account Delivery Manager •Communicate (Supervise) with the all operations team •Managing all Tower deliverable as member of a customer Account Support Team (AST).

•Lead Newhirer Soft skill trainings, development and examination, •Speed, NewHirer&Team coaching for technical support team,, •Lead and Drive projects to inprove procedures and reducing costs, Other activities: •Help TL´s on there daily work, •Lead Team meetings, •Create and deliver Soft skill trainings for all the TechSupport departments,
