My task includes - support in project approvals -managing and maintaining the documentation and databases. -preparing a presentation for executive board -preparing monthly status reports for the senior management -supporting project managers in planning and WBS activities -Supporting the project calculation tools and project management tool "Clarity" -Developing the project calculation tool

I was in charge of a global market research projects for a global brand. I have discussions with industry expert globally to understand the industry trends, future requirements and current situation.

I was responsible for the overall functioning of the shop floor including planning the projects, managing the team, estimating and managing the budget, procuring materials & communicating with the stakeholders.
