• Actively candidates sourcing and approaching through different portals, especially through LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal database • Conduct candidate management to ensure the project proceed smoothly • Work with account managers and project owners to provide strategic sourcing and deliver insight of talent market

End-to-end talent recruitment, including sourcing, evaluation, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and onboarding Manage diverse recruitment projects at all levels, from entry-level to C-Suite, including supporting massive recruitment projects. Maintain client relationships through regular visits, market updates, talent mapping, and consulting services. Align recruitment project scope, budget, and timelines with clients and project teams; manage delivery and changes.
