Denied party screening review and release, when applicable; draft SOPs for internal processes; provide assistance to stakeholders, 3rd party service providers, and customs broker(s) regarding customs entries and export declarations; maintain an retrieve required records relating to import and export affairs; provide trade compliance support such as HS codes; prepare, submit, and maintain special compliance related documentation to support import and export declarations.

Support and provide assistance to the team to answer questions related to export control. Support reporting, recordkeeping, monitoring, and denied party screening activities. Advice and answer stakeholder inquiries related to international export control regulations. As a lawyer, my tasks are the following: Providing clients legal advice and support on a wide range of legal issues regarding Tax, Business and Civil law. Processual petition and providing what needs to be done to solve a client’s legal problem. Doctrine and jurisprudential research. Representing clients and attendance in conciliation and instruction in trial. Attracting additional business from new and existing clients. Holding regular meetings with clients and review legal issues.

As a intern I was responsible for the folling tasks: Doctrinal, jurisprudential and legislative research. Research about the process and its current legal situation Elaboration and protocolation of petitions as well drafting of the other processors petitions. Analyze of administrative and judicial process. Analyse and selection of document to add in the judicial process. Control of entry and exit of documents and petitions. Elaboration of reports and memos.
