Mainly position at production site for immediate technical support besides performing daily tasks such as manpower and material management, process development, de-bottlenecking and optimization, support in plant facilities maintenance, develop hazard and risk analysis, safe operating procedure, support in Halal, GMP and HACCP certification, involved in the new plant comission, support in selecting, purchasing, receiving and inspecting materials for production.

Daily tasks include demonstrate effective verbal communication skills when interacting at all levels, follow up and resolve customer’s complains and ensure it is close to satisfaction, demonstrate awareness of the customer’s need by taking action tailored to the customer’s request and handle incoming calls and enquiries from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customers’ expectations. Also achieved good customer review of 80% for 3 months consecutively.

Daily tasks includes ensure the products and manufacturing processes meet the QC specifications as per ISO 9001 requirement, plan and execute quality improvement activities by liaising with all departments, lead QC Technicians to perform QC tasks, improvise in-process testing & methods to improve products quality, minimize process rejection and scraps, attend to customer complaints, communicate with other departments in solving product quality issues.

Support in optimization of supply chain process flow and product quality improvement in both appearance and taste.
