Structural Subsystem - Refrigeration: Responsible for the specification of new components, structural simulations, Moldflow analysis, tolerance stack-up analysis, material specification, and FMEA, with a focus on part functionality; Applied OPEX (Six Sigma) tools to support decision-making, including DOE execution and COV/MSE analysis, enabling a deeper understanding of complex problems through data-driven and fact-based critical analysis;

CAD Subsystem - Refrigeration Leadership and project management of NPI initiatives as Focal Point (CAD Integrator), supervising a team of 5–8 designers. Accountable for activity planning, scheduling, review, and delivery of technical drawings through Windchill (PLM) for Consul/Brastemp refrigerator projects; Conducted GD&T training sessions within the CAD area and other related subsystems

CAD Subsystem - Refrigeration Responsible for designing the entire new concept of the external cover assembly (metallic parts) of a refrigerator, enhancing the perceived quality of Brastemp products and improving the assembly process; Traveled to India (Faridabad / Pune) to study and evaluate the feasibility of implementing the “Storm” concept, supporting the development of a new product line and applying best design practices in local factories;
