Cintya currently works in implementing a Change Management plan for a client, in order to change the information security culture at the company. The organizational change management plan is focused on awareness and education of the employees in Information Security Best Practices. Cintya is engaged in preparing the communications, training, organizational alignment and engagement of project stakeholders, focusing on training, communication alignment and organizational change.

Cintya was responsible for organizing and managing the law firm's institutional events. She also developed marketing and communication materials and she was responsible for updating the firm's website.
