To develop large capital projects in the field of Utilities and Infrastructures, mainly connected with Energy, Waste and Water Technology. Main responsibilities: management of a multi-functional and multi-national project team; creation of project schedule and cost estimate; fulfilment of project requirements and respect of project constraints (schedule, cost, quality, risk).

To develop all the projects of the site in the feasibility phase, till the final approval, guaranteeing the respect of the company internal guidelines. To manage a multi-functional team during the feasibility phase, being a single point of contact for all the functions inside and outside the site. In this position, I had the possibility to work with many people, from different areas and different countries. I had, moreover, the possibility to travel a lot.

Manager of 11 employees, 8 of them on 24/7 shift unit. • Responsible for availability, reliability and efficiency of Utility Plants. • Responsible for the respect of law limits of all the emissions of the site (gas and water). • Responsible for all the EHS business in the Utility area. • Implemented energy generation projects: upgrade of the steam boiler to incinerator; upgrade of the internal thermal oil grid. • Implemented 5S philosophy in the area.

Main activities: • Asset Management. • Plant and process optimizations. • Different projects of debottlenecking of existing production lines. • All the EHS plant modifications. • Deputy of the plant managers. • Leader of the internal Lean Manufacturing Team for energy efficiency.

Plant and process optimizations. Optimization and debottlenecking of a distillation plant.

• Simulation, optimization and debottlenecking of a distillation plant using 3 different process simulators. • Development of a new polyurethane fiber for thermal insulation.
