Optimizing marketing on LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok to engage audiences and drive growth. Executing networking events to build strategic partnerships.

Developing and implementing executive education formats for founders, corporate employees and managers. Building out strategic commercialization models for executive education as well a conceptualization, realization, acquisition and support of top notch lecturers and speakers.

Building out the customer access program, mentor network and operating business management at Founders Foundation business departments and the overall education programs. Strategic development and operational implementation for all education programs to build the next digital B2B Startup unicorns.

Responsible for startup involvement in Hinterland of Things pitch competition and actively monitoring the application and selection process, project management in the pre- and post-processing stages as well as on the day of the Hinterland itself. First point of contact for all start-ups and the entire pitch competition.

The Founders Foundation is one of Europe’s largest and most founder friendly ecosystem builder. Our objective is to create and fuel a vibrant startup ecosystem that empowers entrepreneurs in the homeland of IoT and support talented founders to successfully launch innovative companies (with a focus in B2B, SaaS, AI, Robotics, IoT). We inspire and train hundreds of entrepreneurs, each year we are building 10-12 ventures with strong traction and significant financing.

As a trainee I was in charge of different interdisciplinary strategic projects, leading to changes within the whole organization: - sophisticated process analysis that resulted in strategic transformations within each department of the company - „Trends and developments in static shopfitting and their influence on the strategy of Lüning Ladenbau GmbH" to further expose new business opportunities based on changes within the society, economy and environment.

As part of my dual studies at FHDW Bielefeld I spend my 4th semester at the James Cook University Singapore. James Cook ranks among the top 2% of universities worldwide and focuses on practical, hands on mentality, practice-oriented project work and international group work. Graduation grade: HD
