My focus is on senior leadership and specialist hiring across the European semiconductor industry. I work with founders, CEOs and leaders who need to hire people who can make a real difference to the business. Eg: Building out the leadership team, bringing in a highly specialised technical expert, or finding someone for a role where the available talent pool is very small. I spend most of my time speaking with people across the European Semiconductor ecosystem: executives, leaders and specialists
Cloud solutions, Database and Technology, Business Analytics and ERP Identify, manage and close opportunities remotely by developing and driving effective selling strategies that are based on valid, customer-specific value propositions. Provide forecast for deals, and ensure forecast and pipeline accuracy. Building key relations with stakeholders (internal and external) Drive proactive outbound call activity into net new contacts Dealing with customers directly as well as channel business partners.
