Following successful results as recruitment manager, appointed as Operations Manager. Tasked with coordinating all talent acquisition divisions of Life Science, Engineering, Technology and Commercial. Managing leadership teams, while delivering success in line with business plan projections. Ensuring the right people were identified, hired and brought through to being top performers was a primary focus.

Initially appointed to establish the 'Technology Division' and create a strategy for expansion. Design and implement programs designed to boost revenues and grow the business. Upon success of this, expansion of the division to other offices while creating a Life Science unit with similar goals.
