Led the strategic development and planning for multiple food categories in the Chilean market for industrial B2B and wholesale customers. Oversaw product management in alignment with international production facilities, global marketing strategies, and sales campaigns. Key activities included assessing clients' needs and capacity for various sales channels, developing compliant products and packaging tailored to the Chilean market, and providing sales supervision and insight via Salesforce CRM.

In charge of LATAM Product and Marketing development of cutting tools accessories for IRWIN and LENOX brands (current part of Stanley Black & Decker group). Responsibilities included product launches, analyzing consumer and market insights, developing brand strategy, driving innovation and managing the product portfolio, setting pricing, planning integrated marketing initiatives, and managing financial aspects.

CAPEX/OPEX controller and planner for all engineering accounts related to refurbishment and maintenance in Brazil; responsible for purchasing technical goods and services for retail stores. Projects included the development of a business intelligence application for OPEX control in collaboration with BCG Consulting, as well as management trainees in all company departments and store formats.
