Responsibilities included product launches, analyzing consumer and market insights, developing brand strategy, driving innovation and managing the product portfolio, setting pricing, planning integrated marketing initiatives, and managing financial aspects.

CAPEX/OPEX controller and planner for all engineering accounts related to refurbishment and maintenance in Brazil; responsible for purchasing technical goods and services for retail stores. Projects included the development of a business intelligence application for OPEX control in collaboration with BCG Consulting, as well as management trainees in all company departments and store formats.
