• Provide robust modeling of new business and acquisitions. • Developing P&L and Cash flow projections and performing sensitivity analysis to identify and determine risks for management. • Responsible for delivering on time the pricing calculation for Conduent customers.

• Modeling and delivering the best price solutions for Xerox Public Sector customers. • Collaborate with Line of Business executives in operations, finance and sales in order to get a clear picture of the cost assumptions and business deal. • Building an integrated P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statement and economic analysis of a new business opportunity. • Prepare pricing review presentations.

Operations Controlling: • Weekly trend for production locations with analysis of sales, fix and variable costs, margin and EBIT. • Coordinator of monthly Forecast: analysis of full P&L results, explanation of FC variances vs. Budget and LFC. • Responsible for month end closing package. • Budget coordination: Top down and Bottom up calculations, Budget review and tasks distribution. Investment Controlling. PV (Product validation) Controlling.

• Assisting senior auditors in the current activity. • Performing the necessary reviews to obtain relevant information. • Documenting clearly and concisely the carried out reviews by preparing worksheets. • Result presentation to audit team coordinator.

• Presentation and sales of the company’s products and services and of the affiliates. • Cross-selling according to customer needs. • Portfolio development through detailed counselling. • Customer retention through transparent promotion of company’s special offers. • Self orientation towards personal and team target achievement.
