I am responsible for the lifecycle’s HR recruitment process. My concern is to match customers’ resources requirements, and simultaneously to acquire talented and keen people. Particulary, my deal consists in: analyzing customers’ requirements, choosing and setting up strategies for each recruitment case, screening and selecting curricula, interviewing candidates (interpersonal and behavioural evaluation, contracts and rates negotiations), choosing and proposing the most appropriate candidates, hiring.
