-Worked in Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) and Equity and Debt raises for Consumer Product Deals and in an advisory capacity for PCG Fund, working on food & beverage, chains of restaurants, chains of supermarkets, clean tech and household goods -Supported PCG in the Placement efforts fundraising and communicating with prospective industry and institutional investors -Helped PCG Advisors originate more client companies in the consumer product space

-Transaction experience: $6.0 billion Bank and Senior Public Debt Facilities (CityCenter project, the joint venture between Dubai World and MGM Mirage), $73 MM Senior Credit Facility for an Indian casino -Created financial models for transactions involving recapitalizations, acquisitions, debt scheduling, building DCF models, Comparable trading analyses, Past transaction analyses -Drafted screening memos, OMs, pitch proposals and chaired conference calls between clients and product groups
