Ericsson is the technological leader in the telecom sector who creates the future of mobile broadband and internet communications. As a senoir software developer I was working on different projects, developing features in Java and C++ and working as a test developer implementing test code in TTCN, a testing language that is mainly used within telecommunications. In my organization I was known as a very motivated and driving person who was always keen on taking on new challenges.

TSS (IT technologies, IT services and solutions) is a specialist and strategic business partner for innovative IT solutions within the Daimler Group with its headquarters in Ulm , Germany. I was working on a project were I was customizing and implementing workflows with the tool HP QualityCenter in TMS (Test Management and Solution). Amongst others I was automating several test stept in their testing pipeline by writing visual basic scripts. In doing so they could reduce the testing time by 5%.

One of Max Planck’s research area is how plants shape their genomes. I came into this project to implement a comprehensive pipeline which analyses the characteristics of plants. The resulting Java based tool takes large amounts of data in form of images as input, analyses the images and is used by the Biology Department for further genomic analysis.

The IT-Informatik GmbH offers customizable IT solutions as well as the support of IT infrastructures. I came in to to implement a tool that takes all JSPs, HTML pages and Java code of a we project and scans them to identify the unused message-keys. The result was a powerful tool that allows the user to easily delete all non-required message-keys in a web project by simply pressing a button in the nicely designed GUI window and therefore keep the JSPs, HTML and Java code clean and neat.
